1.GotoSetup>ImportUsers.

2.Locateandselectthe*.csvor*.txtlethatholdsthelistofusers.

3.Selectthecorrectcredentialoptionforeachcolumn.

4.Toimporttheuserstothesystem,clickImportusers.

5.Verifythateachcolumncontainsthecorrecttypeofcredential.

6.Ifthecolumnsarecorrect,clickStartimportingusers.Ifthecolumnsareincorrect,clickCancelandstartover.

7.Whentheimportisnished,clickOK.

Thefollowingcredentialoptionsareavailable:

•Firstname

•Lastname

•PINcode

•Cardnumber

•Unassigned–Valuesthatwillnotbeimported.Selectthisoptiontoskipaparticularcolumn.

Formoreinformationaboutcredentials,seeCreateandEditUsers.

ExportUsers

TheExportpageshowsacomma-separatedvalue(CSV)listofalltheusersinthesystem.Thelistcanbeusedtoimportthe

userstoanothersystem.

Toexporttheuserlist:

1.Openaplaintexteditorandcreateanewdocument.

2.GotoSetup>ExportUsers

3.Selectallthevaluesonthepageandcopythem.

4.Pastethevaluesintothetextdocument.

5.Savethedocumentasacomma-separatedvaluele(*csv)orasatext(*.txt)le.
